Individual, Couples & Family Therapy | Intensives
A Space To Reconnect
Real change begins with real connection
Whether you’re seeking greater connection, clarity or support through a difficult time, you don’t have to do it alone. I help individuals, couples and families understand stuck patterns and explore practical ways forward through compassionate, collaborative therapy.
For couples who would value dedicated time together, intensives offer extended sessions tailored to your relationship.
About Me
I am a UKCP registered Systemic Couples and Family Psychotherapist and certified Relational Life therapist and brainspotting practitioner, with foundational training as an Osteopath and Master NLP Practitioner, I have over 25 years experience working with individuals, couples, children, and families to support emotional clarity, stronger relationships, and meaningful personal growth.
My career spans the NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), leadership roles in children’s charities, and my most recent position as Head of Family and Relational Therapy at a central London therapy practice. Alongside psychotherapy, I draw on a background in Osteopathy, Hypnotherapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a blend that informs my dynamic, holistic way of working.
This combination of disciplines allows me to recognise and work with life experiences that shape how we live, love, and create change. I value warmth, honesty, and collaboration in my work, creating a safe and engaging space where growth feels both supported and possible.
I offer sessions in Notting Hill, Marylebone and Kensal Rise, and online.
My Approach
Compassionate, collaborative therapy.
We look at the relationships and experiences that have shaped your life, and the patterns that may now be keeping you stuck.
I combine systemic psychotherapy with Relational Life Therapy, bringing compassion and directness to conversations that matter.
In practical terms, working with me means:
You won’t be doing all the talking while I quietly nod.
I’ll meet you with presence, challenge and care.
We’ll pay attention to what is happening in the room, right now.
Your voice, goals and pace remain at the centre of our work.
Together, we explore what happens between you and practise different ways of responding, so insight can become practical change.
